1. EXECUTIVE HEAD – STRATEGIC GROWTH & NEW VENTURES (x1)

Location: Gauteng, South Africa
Travel: Extensive travel throughout South Africa and the SADC Region
Waste Oil Matrix System (Pty) Ltd is a South African environmental services company entering an exciting new phase of growth.
We are establishing a new business division to identify, develop and grow industrial ventures across Southern Africa in:
Waste Oil Recovery & Recycling
Circular Economy Solutions
Mining Support Services
Yellow Equipment Acquisition, Refurbishment & Trading
Plant Hire & Logistics
Cross-Border Business Development
Strategic Investments

Reporting directly to the Directors, you will lead the establishment, commercialisation and growth of this division—from strategy and investment planning to operational execution, market expansion and long-term value creation.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 10 years’ executive or senior leadership experience with a proven record of establishing, growing or transforming businesses.
Strong commercial, financial and investment management capability.
Experience in one or more of the following sectors:
Waste Oil Recovery or Waste Management
Recycling or Circular Economy
Mining or Mining Support Services
Heavy Equipment, Yellow Plant or Plant Hire
Industrial Services, Logistics or Fleet Operations
Proven ability to develop business models, evaluate investments, negotiate strategic partnerships or joint ventures, and deliver sustainable commercial growth.
Experience within founder-led, entrepreneurial or family-owned businesses will be advantageous.
An established professional network across South Africa and the SADC region.
Valid driver’s licence, valid passport and willingness to travel extensively.

Remuneration: An attractive executive remuneration package, including performance-based incentives, will be negotiated with the successful candidate.

2. BUSINESS OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

Reference: BOS1
Waste Oil Matrix System (Pty) Ltd seeks a mature, analytical and results-driven professional to join the growing management team.
This is a multi-disciplinary role for a candidate with experience in banking, finance, accounting, insurance or business operations who can strengthen financial controls, improve business systems, coordinate projects and support company growth.
Requirements
Relevant qualification in Accounting, Banking, Finance, Commerce or Business Management.
Experience in banking, accounting, insurance or financial services.
Sound knowledge of bookkeeping, reconciliations, cash controls and financial administration.
Supervisory experience with strong leadership and organisational skills.
Excellent analytical ability, integrity and attention to detail.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and accounting software skills.
Project management knowledge will be advantageous.
Immediate availability will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise business operations and administration.
Manage banking, reconciliations, cash controls and financial reporting.
Coordinate projects and improve systems and processes.
Oversee supplier, insurance and administrative functions.
Identify business risks and recommend practical solutions.
Support management through accurate reporting and operational oversight.

3. IT INFRASTRUCTURE & NETWORKING SUPERVISOR
Location: Benoni, Gauteng
Company: Waste Oil Matrix System (Pty) Ltd
Waste Oil Matrix System (Pty) Ltd is expanding into IT Infrastructure & Networking Services and seeks an experienced, hands-on professional to help establish and grow this division.
Minimum Requirements
Relevant recognised IT certifications — at least three, and more will be advantageous:
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
CompTIA A+
CompTIA Network+
Fortinet NSE 3
Additional requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ practical experience in IT Infrastructure & Networking.
Minimum Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, servers, networking and cybersecurity.
Valid driver’s licence.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure and maintain IT infrastructure and networks.
Support servers, Microsoft 365 and end-user systems.
Configure routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs and wireless networks.
Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
Deliver professional technical support to internal users and clients.

4. COMMUNITY RESOURCE PARTNERS (X1)

WOMatrix is developing a community-based resource recovery model, beginning with waste oil collection and expanding into broader resource recovery opportunities.
Community Resource Partners will help establish WOMatrix’s presence within local communities and develop relationships with businesses requiring responsible waste recovery services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify businesses and collection opportunities within the assigned community.
Develop and maintain professional client relationships.
Coordinate waste-oil collection activities.
Represent the WOMatrix brand professionally.
Promote responsible environmental practices.
Maintain accurate collection and activity records.
Report activities and opportunities to WOMatrix.
Participate in community environmental and enterprise initiatives.

The administrative foundation of our growing operation.
WOMatrix is seeking an organised and dependable Office Administrator to support the company’s management and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
General office administration.
Reception and professional client communication.
Filing and document management.
Scheduling and meeting coordination.
Procurement and administrative support.
Preparation and maintenance of records.
Supporting management and operational teams.
Assisting with general office systems and reporting.
Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent.
Relevant administration, business or office-management qualification will be advantageous.
Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Professional presentation and conduct.
Ability to work independently and as part of a growing team.

6.DRIVER / COLLECTION ASSISTANT (X1) Supporting responsible resource recovery on the ground.
WOMatrix is seeking a responsible and dependable Driver / Collection Assistant to support its growing waste-oil recovery operations.
Key Responsibilities
Support scheduled waste-oil collections.
Transport collected materials responsibly and safely.
Assist with loading and unloading.
Conduct basic vehicle checks.
Maintain collection documentation.
Interact professionally with clients and community partners.
Support general operational activities when required.
Requirements
Appropriate valid driver’s licence.
Previous driving or delivery experience will be advantageous.
Good safety awareness.
Good communication skills.
Reliable and physically capable of performing operational duties.
Professional conduct and a willingness to learn.
